When the liberal media start reporting what Obama’s true agenda was behind Fast and Furious:
This is CBS (the commie broadcasting service).
You know he is in deep shit! Now when MSNBC finally admits their god screwed up….
Documents obtained by CBS News show that the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussed using their covert operation “Fast and Furious” to argue for controversial new rules about gun sales.
In Fast and Furious, ATF secretly encouraged gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels to go after the “big fish.” But ATF whistleblowers told CBS News and Congress it was a dangerous practice called “gunwalking,” and it put thousands of weapons on the street. Many were used in violent crimes in Mexico. Two were found at the murder scene of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.
ATF officials didn’t intend to publicly disclose their own role in letting Mexican cartels obtain the weapons, but emails show they discussed using the sales, including sales encouraged by ATF, to justify a new gun regulation called “Demand Letter 3?. That would require some U.S. gun shops to report the sale of multiple rifles or “long guns.” Demand Letter 3 was so named because it would be the third ATF program demanding gun dealers report tracing information.
On July 14, 2010 after ATF headquarters in Washington D.C. received an update on Fast and Furious, ATF Field Ops Assistant Director Mark Chait emailed Bill Newell, ATF’s Phoenix Special Agent in Charge of Fast and Furious:
“Bill – can you see if these guns were all purchased from the same (licensed gun dealer) and at one time. We are looking at anecdotal cases to support a demand letter on long gun multiple sales. Thanks.”
On Jan. 4, 2011, as ATF prepared a press conference to announce arrests in Fast and Furious, Newell saw it as “(A)nother time to address Multiple Sale on Long Guns issue.” And a day after the press conference, Chait emailed Newell: “Bill–well done yesterday… (I)n light of our request for Demand letter 3, this case could be a strong supporting factor if we can determine how many multiple sales of long guns occurred during the course of this case.”
This revelation angers gun rights advocates. Larry Keane, a spokesman for National Shooting Sports Foundation, a gun industry trade group, calls the discussion of Fast and Furious to argue for Demand Letter 3 “disappointing and ironic.” Keane says it’s “deeply troubling” if sales made by gun dealers “voluntarily cooperating with ATF’s flawed ‘Operation Fast & Furious’ were going to be used by some individuals within ATF to justify imposing a multiple sales reporting requirement for rifles.”

FOX News analyst Charles Krauthammer commented on the Contempt vote against Eric Holder last night on Special Report. Krauthammer says,
“There’s no way the mainstream media, which have studiously tried to ignore this, can do that anymore.”
That, in itself, is a win for the GOP and the country.

Yesterday morning early, our cousin John passed away. He had been battling cancer for about 10 months. So wife and her sister went up there early to be with our cousin, John’s wife. They did not get back home until about 130pm. They had left so early in the morning yesterday that they did not bother waking me up to go with them! The funeral will be a week tomorrow, so to give his son in Colorado time to plan and get here. I am going to miss John as he was a great guy and a great friend to me.
Thus I went to wally world to have the van serviced. Oil change and filter change (only synthetic oil), plus the tires rotated and balanced (no charge since I had bought the tires at wally world, one of the few free perks one gets there). And they checked everything from front to back. All is well.
The above was in Indianola. Price of gas? $3.28! Everywhere else, been $3.39 since last saturday.
This morning, instead of going to the gym, we just went up to Des Moines to ALDI. Get some more groceries, mostly canned goods since so much cheaper there.
And price of gas? Still at $3.39! Why?

This is unfreaking real! Our own freaking ass islamics in charge do shit like this! Where is the damn outrage from the liberal media?????
It was supposed to be a routine meeting for Egyptian legislators in Washington, an opportunity for senior Obama administration officials to meet with new members of Egypt’s parliament and exchange ideas on the future of relations between the two countries.
Instead, the visit this week looks like it’s turning into a political fiasco. Included in the delegation of Egyptian lawmakers was Hani Nour Eldin, who, in addition to being a newly elected member of parliament, is a member of the Gamaa Islamiya, or the Egyptian Islamic Group—a U.S.-designated terrorist organization. The group was banned under former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak, and is now a recognized Islamist political party. Its spiritual leader, Omar Abdel Rahman—also known as the “blind sheik”—was convicted in 1995 of plotting attacks on New York City landmarks and transportation centers, and is serving a life sentence in a North Carolina federal prison.
Eldin, according to his Facebook page, was born in 1968 and resides in Suez, near the canal that unites the Mediterranean Sea with the Red Sea. He was arrested in 1993 on terrorism charges after members of Gamaa Islamiya got into a shoot out with Egyptian security officials at a mosque. He has proclaimed his innocence in the shooting and says he was arrested because of his political activism against Mubarak.
In an interview, Eldin confirmed he is a member of Gamaa Islamiya. By U.S. law, that means he would be denied a visa to enter the country. Nonetheless, he says, he got a visa from the State Department. A State Department spokesman said, “We have no information suggesting that he or anyone else in the delegation is a member of the Egyptian Islamic Group.”
Eldin said in the interview that he is not a terrorist. “I have taken the American visa from the embassy as a member of the parliament representing a political party that has been elected and is a legitimate party,” he said. “I was personally not involved in any violent action or terrorism against the United States or any other country. The years I spent in prison were under the regime of Mubarak, these were political charges and there was no judicial basis for them.”
In his meetings with senior Obama administration officials, Eldin says, he asked Deputy National Security Adviser Denis McDonough about transferring Abdel-Rahman to an Egyptian prison. He said his request was declined. “When I raised this issue in the White House I was told it was not in their authority and all judicial issues relating to sentences must be discussed with the Department of Justice,” he says. Transferring Abdel-Rahman, says Eldin, “would be a gift to the revolution.” McDonough didn’t reply to requests for comment made Thursday afternoon.
In addition to being convicted of planning the 1993 World Trade Center attack, Abdel-Rahman is also a cause celebre for radical Islamic fundamentalists, including al Qaeda, who have at times demanded his release.

The Obama administration is using prison labor to advance its green energy agenda, enriching foreign companies and some of the president’s largest campaign donors in the process.
Federal Prison Industries, most commonly known by the trade name UNICOR, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Department of Justice. Established by Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1934, UNICOR was intended as a voluntary work-training program for federal inmates. It has recently gone into business supplying federal agencies with green energy technology such as solar panels.
Hundreds of federal inmates earn between $0.23 and $1.15 per hour manufacturing solar panels at UNICOR facilities in New York and Oregon. The panels are then sold to a variety of government agencies, which are obligated by law to purchase them…
Who says that Obama isn’t creating jobs? However, these aren’t union jobs. They don’t even pay anywhere near minimum wage. So where is the outrage?
One of the alleged rationales for the program is to allow federal agencies to purchase domestically produced solar panels at an affordable price.
Thomas Friedman from the New York Times should be happy. We are becoming more and more like China every day.
UNICOR typically partners with private companies to install the panels and help the agencies put in place other energy-saving measures. Major beneficiaries of this system include Constellation Energy, which was recently acquired by the Exelon Corporation, a Chicago-based utility provider with deep ties to the Obama administration.

I do not want to alarm you, but in the wake of President Obama’s absurd announcement of executive privileges yesterday, some liberals came out against Mr. Obama’s hypocrisy. Shockingly, some are showing that they have a conscience of some sort.
The garbage propagated by the Obama Administration is not going unnoticed by some liberals. Some are indeed calling him out.
Over at the Daily Kos, an article slammed him for his incompetency and lack of transparency:

Scare tactic! All this is….
ATHENS, Ga. (CBS Atlanta) – A recent study conducted by scientists in London found that the obese persons of the world are playing an increasingly large role in the rate at which the planet’s finite resources are used.
“Increasing population fatness could have the same implications for world food energy demands as an extra half a billion people living on the earth,” the study concluded.
The findings were published in the BMC Public Health journal earlier this year.
Research was conducted based on the theory that the body mass of a population should be factored into the amount of energy it burns, in addition to the number of people residing in a certain region.
Though obesity touches all corners of the Earth, it was found that Americans were especially weighing down the planet.

Lana’i, a small island that’s part of the state of Hawaii, is on sale for between $500 and $600 million, and a potential buyer already revealed himself at a mayor’s county meeting last week, according to USA Today.
The island is virtually untouched, with just one school and 3,200 residents. The island is 141 square miles, with just 30 miles of paved roads.
Billionaire David Murdock’s Castle & Cooke currently owns 98 percent of the island, and rumor has it Larry Ellison, the CEO of Oracle Corporation might be the potential buyer, according to The Daily Mail. Ellison already owns a home on the island.
Bill Gates’ name has also been thrown out as a prospective buyer, according to MauiNow.
Officials are worried the untouched paradise might be ruined if a big developer purchases the island.
Currently there are no traffic lights or shopping malls on Lana’i.
Larry Ellison does and it looks like he is getting ready to buy a 400 square mile island.

This guy thinks like I do! And I go a bit further by sending all liberals, islamics, and any other assholes in the USA to North Korea.
This guy has a few ideas:
Put me in charge of food stamps. I’d get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho’s, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.
Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I’d do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal legations. Then, we’ll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, or smoke, then get a job.
Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your home” will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place.
In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a “government” job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the “common good..”
Before you write that I’ve violated someone’s rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules. Before you say that this would be “demeaning” and ruin their “self esteem,” consider that it wasn’t that long ago that taking someone else’s money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.
If we are expected to pay for other people’s mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.
AND While you are on Gov’t subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes, that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Gov’t welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.
