There are really no depths to which Democrats won’t stoop in order to keep their unconstitutional Ponzi schemes running, are there?
Uncle Sam, in a desperate attempt to fix its $16 trillion-plus deficit, is leering over Americans’ retirement nest egg as its new bailout fund.
Capitol Hill politicians are assessing tax changes that could let the Internal Revenue Service lay claim to a portion of the $18 trillion sitting in 401(k) accounts and other tax breaks used by middle-class workers, including cutting the mortgage tax deduction… as one way to prevent government bankruptcy.
I love the term “tax breaks”, don’t you? As if it’s the government’s money, and not yours.
Besides 401(k)s, other possibilities include the mortgage-interest deduction on second homes, as well as benefits from employer-provided health insurance, which are untaxed now.
The first new case of mad cow disease in the U.S. since 2006 has been discovered in a dairy cow in California, but health authorities said Tuesday the animal never was a threat to the nation’s food supply.
The infected cow, the fourth ever discovered in the U.S., was found as part of an Agriculture Department surveillance program that tests about 40,000 cows a year for the fatal brain disease.
No meat from the cow was bound for the food supply, said John Clifford, the department’s chief veterinary officer.
“There is really no cause for alarm here with regard to this animal,” Clifford told reporters at a hastily convened press conference.
Mad cow disease, or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), is fatal to cows and can cause a fatal human brain disease in people who eat tainted beef. The World Health Organization has said that tests show that humans cannot be infected by drinking milk from BSE-infected animals.
In the wake of a massive outbreak in Britain that peaked in 1993, the U.S. intensified precautions to keep BSE out of U.S. cattle and the food supply. In other countries, the infection’s spread was blamed on farmers adding recycled meat and bone meal from infected cows into cattle feed, so a key U.S. step has been to ban feed containing such material.
But the USDA did release a picture of all the mad cows they could find:
Here is yet another government waste scandal that the media will never report on. I saw over at Soopermexican that the NOAA (National Oeanic and Atmospheric Administration) decided to waste $300,000 of your tax dollars on a luxury fishing boat for weekend getaways, alcohol·fueled parties, and other joy rides.
A source has confirmed that a formal complaint for possible financial irregularities pursuant to Angela’s Corey’s 2008 campaign has been initiated and will be filed against the Zimmerman prosecutor and State Attorney.
Yesterday, the website Gawker asked if Corey had sanitized her financial disclosures for her 2008 bid. The report was based upon the work of Joe Culligan’s website Web of Deception. Culligan is a long-known and trusted source.
I’ve confirmed that, when approached for disclosure of financial documents regarding Corey’s campaign, her campaign Treasurer, Marshall Gunn’s response appears to indicate the campaign is not in possession of said records. The request was regarding copies of disbursement checks payable to Corey’s campaign manager, Brandon Patty, and any accompanying 1099?s issued as a result. Form 1099s are issued to report the paying of wages, tips and various types of income beyond that of a standard full-time employee.
While the 1099 issue may seem arcane, a failure to Nancy Killefer withdrew her nomination as Obama’s Chief Performance Officer and U.S. district court Judge Kimba Wood of New York, withdrew from consideration as Bill Clinton’s attorney general over similar issues. The IRS tends to take the matter seriously. As for any campaign record retention, as confirmed by the Florida’s Division of Elections, that is covered under Florida Statute 106.06.
(3) Accounts kept by a campaign treasurer of a candidate shall be preserved by the campaign treasurer for a number of years equal to the term of office of the office to which the candidate seeks election.
The issue goes to a larger matter, which may cause some to question Corey’s competence to handle what is likely to be a complex, nationally prominent prosecution. Again, according to Culligan at Web of Deception, as Corey would ultimately be responsible for overseeing the administration of her own campaign, given what some would call a sloppy, less than adequate record, it may be fair to ask how competent she is to run a prosecution so significant and likely to be closely watched by many.

Wikileaks hacked Stratfor, the private intelligence gathering firm in Texas. Emails they uncovered claim they presented proof positive to John McCain that Democrats in Pennsylvania and Ohio used voter fraud to win those states and committed other disturbing crimes. McCain refused to act on the information.
One email, as seen below, is dated November 7, 2008 under the subject line “ Insight – The Dems & Dirty Tricks ** Internal Use Only – Pls Do Not Forward **,” was sent by Fred Burton, Stratfor’s V.P. of Intelligence. It said in part, The black Dems were caught stuffing the ballot boxes in Philly and Ohio as reported the night of the election and Sen. McCain chose not to fight. The matter is not dead inside the party. It now becomes a matter of sequence now as to how and when to “out”
We reported earlier about Don Lemon saying that Sarah Palin had a point, that the buck stops with Obama.
That was all the left needed. They took to Twitter to excoriate him, including some gay bashing.
In the black world apparently it is OK to beat someone to death for merely uttering the word, “nigger.”
That’s what a mother defending the low-life ground-apes who nearly beat a white man to death in Alabama.
And, of course, the cops are not treating it as a hate crime.
Read it all HERE.
There’s so much conspiracy BS and misinformation flying around in this segment it’s hard to know where to start. Not only does Malcolm Shabazz, grandson of Malcolm X, suggest that the CIA or other US agents carried out 9/11, not his Muslim brothers, he also says that the 13th amendment pushes slavery from the public arena into the prisons which is why he says the ‘prison industrial complex’ was created.
You know who this guy reminds me of? Van Jones. This is some of the same stuff Van Jones was protesting in California with his Ella Baker foundation.
