All of these “Republicans”, which are just the theatrical foils to the Communists, in place to do nothing more than give the appearance of a two-party, functioning representative republic, will start referencing the fact that ObamaCare is SCOTUS-approved, and approved by Chief Justice Roberts, no less. They will also start to argue that it would cause “chaos” to repeal it. Day by day, this rhetoric will increase. It will begin on the news channels, then spill over into the faux-conservative blogs like HotAir.com . I wait with bated breath for Ed Morrissey or Allahpundit’s piece on how “sensible folk understand that ObamaCare simply cannot be repealed.” Oh, just you wait. It is coming. I promise you that.
Which circles us back to the root problem of personal integrity in this nation. We are a nation of godless cowards and self-worshiping trash, and we will have the government we deserve as such.
Why do I bother saying anything at all? Because I want there to be some sort of digital record showing that not every single person in this godforsaken country was a coward and an imbecile. I don’t want the people who are living on this continent ten or twenty years from now to be able to whine and deflect responsibility for their sorry, sorry state by claiming that “no one ever told us” or “no one ever explained anything to us.” No, you were told. You were warned. And it wasn’t just me doing the warning and explaining. You will accept your suffering in SILENCE. You will blame nothing and no one except YOURSELVES. You will own the tyranny that you live under, because you begged for it. You bought it with your own stupidity, and you nurtured it with your own squealing cowardice.

Our sister moved from here to Des Moines. Be closer to her doctor and the hospital. She has more medical problems than I would ever want to have! So this morning, wife went over to start cleaning out her place. Man, this woman did not believe in cleaning! Plus of course she has a damn cat, so you can imagine freaking cat hair all over the damn place. We must of taken out about 6 full bags of trash. Plus lots of assorted empty boxes, etc.
Then I took down some curtains and blinds that my wife wanted in our bedroom as they were brand new and better than what we did have. Had weird blinds that were just long strips hanging down. Good but pain in the butt for opening and closing windows, plus not the thing to have when we put in the new a/c in the window tomorrow.
That meant taking down what was in our bedroom (two windows worth). And cleaning up everything top to bottom (I did that since I like clean). Then installing the new blinds. That was fun and not what my hands and arms wanted to do. But got the blinds up. Do the curtains later, when we stop at someplace that has the right clips to put on the windows to hang them.
Still got a lot of her stuff like several plants, some garden stuff she wants, and clocks. Who in the world moves and leaves clocks behind? Will either bring them up to her this evening or tomorrow.
This evening we go to Des Moines as it is the visitation for our cousin who died last week. He was cremated. Tomorrow back as that will be the funeral.

The mass murderer, Anders Behring Breivik, will be getting his own “psyche ward” built into the prison he’s in because they don’t want to put him in solitary confinement.
To refresh your memories: he cold-bloodedly killed 77 people in 2011. His punishment? 21 years!!
Sometimes I wonder: if we had laws like that here I suspect Congress would be short 465 members within a week and only 6 people would have to go to jail ….. to be released within 21 years!!
The unrepentant Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik will have his own private psychiatric ward to be built inside the prison where he now resides.
The new wing inside the prison is one more step prison officials are taking to make sure the mass killer stays put at Ila Prison in Oslo.
The 33-year-old is responsible for two attacks that led to the deaths of 77 people last summer. He has admitted to the crimes, and now awaits sentencing. (Catch details of the trial in the video above.)
An insanity finding, notes Slate, would mean Breivik would be given a maximum sentence of 21 years, and he could be held longer if it’s determined he’s a danger to the public. His mental state is currently under evaluation.
The graveness of the crimes creates a challenge for the Norwegian justice system, which focuses on rehabilitation, not punishment. Foreign Policy points out that country’s penal system is the among “the cushiest in the world.”
There’s no capital punishment, and the longest sentence is 21 years — although authorities have leeway to hold him indefinitely with an insanity ruling if he’s considered a danger to the public.
As Yahoo News reported, the prison announced in May that it was unwilling to keep the extremist in solitary confinement, but does not want him around other inmates, since he could try to take them hostage. So they plan to hire “friends” who would be charged with playing chess and indoor hockey with the murderer.

Check out a really cool concept for a printer.
It borders on being a piece of art.
Despite the miniaturization of most technology objects, printers still seem to be big, bulky, ugly machines that take up way too much room on desks. The Circle printer is a concept from Yang Jae Wook that would let casual home users print the occasional document without completely overpowering the home office.
Rather than the traditional boxy appearance, the Circle is sleek and cylindrical. It stands on its side, so it takes up far less room than any other printer. And maybe best of all, it looks like a high-end vase or piece of art sitting on your desk.
The Circle is clearly not for heavy-duty users – it can’t hold more than a few sheets of paper at a time. But for home users it would be so much nicer to look at than the typical printer.

Equally embarrassing was the Dems who were chanting “shame on you” after the vote.
(Big Government) — Agent Terry’s brother Kent responded to the walkout in a grieved email:
Very sad that our childish Government walks out. What kind of respect? Does that tell you they’re for getting justice for Brian and [Jaime] Zapata and any law enforcement that dies in the line of duty? This is the respect they get.

Being disgraceful is a Democratic specialty.
Via Politico:
The mother of the U.S. Border Patrol agent whose death has been linked to the botched Fast and Furious operation called it “a disgrace” that Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill walked out of Thursday’s House vote to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress.
“I was like, totally shocked, but you know what? I think it was a disgrace to them and not to my son,” Josephine Terry, mother of Brian Terry, said Thursday night on “The O’Reilly Factor.”
In the most dramatic showdown yet, the House voted to hold Holder in contempt of Congress Thursday over his refusal to turn over some documents in the ongoing probe of the failed gun-walking program. In a show of protest, dozens of Democrats walked off of the House floor during the vote. Brian Terry’s death has been connected to a gun that crossed the U.S.-Mexico border as a result of the Fast and Furious sting.
