This is really something to think about….
Back in April, Donald Trump posted a video in which he said he believes Obama has struck a secret deal with the Saudis to flood the market with oil and drastically lower the price of gasoline before November to help him win re-election. Just this week, a report showed falling energy prices pulling down retail sales figures.
The smart money says Trump is right on. Back when Obama ran against McCain, we saw the same pattern of gasoline rising to outrageous levels, which was blamed on Republicans, then it plunged right before the election, once Obama’s economic stimulus plans became the talk of the media. At the time, the high prices were blamed on Saudi manipulation.
Obama has a long-standing connection to the Saudi royal family that goes back at least to his college days when Saudi family fixer Khalid al-Mansour was soliciting letters of recommendation to help get Obama into Harvard.
Trump warns that if Obama is re-elected, we can expect oil prices rising beyond any level ever seen as payback for the Saudis’ favor.
There also suggestions that the Democrats are setting up a Bush-Gore-style recount showdown on election night.
ABC News has already run a story speculating that such a face-off could happen again, based on those manipulated poll numbers.

A young guy from Saskatchewan moves to Vancouver and goes to a big “everything under one roof” department store looking for a job.
The Manager says, “Do you have any sales experience?”
The kid says “Yeah. I was a salesman back in Saskatchewan .”
Well, the boss liked the kid and gave him the job. “You start tomorrow. I’ll come down after we close and see how you did.”
His first day on the job was rough, but he got through it. After the store was locked up, the boss came down. How many customers bought something from you today?
The kid says “one”.
The boss says “Just one? Our salespeople average 20 to 30 customers a day.
How much was the sale for?”
The kid says $101,237.65″.
The boss says “$101,237.65? What the hell did you sell?”
The kid says, “First, I sold him a smallfish hook. Then I sold him a
medium fishhook. Then I sold him a larger fishhook. Then I sold him a new fishing rod. Then I asked him where he was going fishing and he said down the coast, so I told him he was going to need a boat, so we went down to the boat department and I sold him a twin engine Chris Craft. Then he said he didn’t think his Honda Civic would pull it, so I took him down to the automotive department and sold him that 4×4 Expedition.”
The boss said “A guy came in here to buy a fish hook and you sold him a BOAT and a TRUCK?”
The kid said “No, the guy came in here to buy tampons for his wife”, and I said, “Dude, your weekend’s shot. You should go fishing.”

Charting the Cozy Connections between JP Morgan and the Senate Banking Committee…
This morning, Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JP Morgan Chase, faced a Senate hearing over more than $2 billion in bank losses caused by risky hedges that blew up. Dimon said that the hedges—investments meant to protect the bank—had grown into “complex and hard-to manage risks.” The losses “let a lot of people down, and we are sorry for it.”
Many lawmakers are holding up the losses as evidence of the need for stronger financial regulation. The chairman of the Senate banking committee, Tim Johnson, D-S.D., in his opening remarks, asked for “a full accounting” of JP Morgan’s losses.
But through campaign contributions and well-connected staff, JP Morgan appears to have already taken its own accounting of the Banking committee. Here’s a picture of connections between the company and the committee:
Revolving Door
One current staffer on the Senate banking committee, Dwight Fettig, is a former lobbyist for JP Morgan. In 2009, the bank hired him to work on “financial services regulatory reform.” Meanwhile, JP Morgan is stacked thick with former committee staff.
· Naomi Camper – Currently a lobbyist for JP Morgan. Prior to that, from 2001-2004, she was an aide to Senator Johnson.

Senator McConnell Delivers Timely Defense of the First Amendment
Senator McConnell delivered a speech at the American Enterprise Institute this afternoon on the need for a renewed defense of free political speech. In his address, the Senate Minority Leader made his case for the need to vigorously defend political speech in the midst of Obama’s radical abuse of the First Amendment. The address focused on the threat to free speech posed by the Obama administration, while encouraging the audience to make the protection of free speech a priority issue during election season.
The Senator began his speech by highlighting his three-decade history of defending the First Amendment. He was opposed to the McCain-Feingold Act from the beginning, and applauds the Citizens United case as a step in the right direction.
The Senator also expressed his opposition to the Disclose Act, saying that it is “nothing less than an effort by the government itself to expose its critics to harassment and intimidation.” The Disclose Act, a response to the Citizens United case, would mandate strict disclosure of all donors to outside spending groups. The bill would open more donors to bullying from the government and be used as a “political weapon.”

MSNBC…Playing the race card to the hilt on this! Of course, what do you expect from this totally leftist and so racist network?
On Martin Bashir’s Friday MSNBC program, Maryland Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings said that President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have received an “alarming” amount of disrespect, possibly because of their race.
According to Cummings, the so-called disrespect included an incident involving The Daily Caller’s Neil Munro in the White House Rose Garden on Friday and coverage of Holder’s handling of the Operation Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal.
“What I believe is happening is there has been a disrespect not only for the president, but for the office of the president. And that is very, very alarming. We saw it when Joe Wilson called the president a liar,” said Cummings.
