Is the president losing weight? Critics claim stress of leading the country has left Obama frail
Already engaged in a strenuous re-election battle, spiking gas prices and a fragile economy appear to be taking a toll on Barack Obama.
Obama, 50, was pictured at a campaign event in Florida today looking a little worse for wear, looking extremely tired and frail, his shoulders narrower than usual.
The photo was splashed atop the Drudge Report website with the headline: SHOCK PHOTOS: Obama, Thin And Wasting Away’.

National Review cans another writer for being a bit racist.
Question? When are the left-wing sites, magazines, networks and newspapers going to start shedding their black racists and nationalists?

Weissberg once called for a “politically viable alternative to white nationalism” at American Renaissance conferences, at which Weissberg has an attendee and been a speaker. He has received extensive praise from the group. A cached copy of the group’s website from shortly after one conference reveals that Weissberg played to the group’s racist tendencies during his speech:
Prof. Weissberg argued that an “80 percent solution” would be one that enforced the “First-World” standards of excellence and hard work that attract and reward whites. He pointed out that there are still many “Whitopias” in America and that there are many ways to keep them white, such as zoning that requires large houses, and a cultural ambiance or classical music and refined demeanor that repels undesirables. This approach to maintaining whiteness has the advantage that people can make a living catering to whites in their enclaves.
Prof. Weissberg went on to argue that liberals are beyond reason when it comes to race, that explaining the facts of IQ or the necessity of racial consciousness for whites “is like trying to explain to an eight-year-old why sex is more fun than chocolate ice cream.”
Weissberg’s attendance at the conference was not a one-off occurrence. He’s talked before about “the stupid black” (WARNING: link contains offensive language) in relationship with the Jewish community, and talked about the “shortage” of white males on college campuses.
The left set their trap, calling people cowards for not discussing race. The brave, if not the stupid, are now paying the price.
One has to ask where Rich Lowry is going to draw the line at NRO. Weissberg and Derbyshire probably crossed that line, but let’s not start moving that line to placate leftists who don’t even have one.
Charleston Thug Life was launched on March 31. They are going viral.
Citizens in Charleston are scraping the social media sites for the local criminal class.
Criteria: Local Facebook users who display gang affiliation, drug money and/or weapons.
The volume of screenshots is causing Internet brown-outs!
Hoping this concept goes viral.
What a great source for local law enforcement.
What a great activity for citizens who’ve been scared into their homes.

Want to see the future of Obamacare? Just look at what is happening in merry old England!
When Kenneth Warden was diagnosed with terminal bladder cancer, his hospital consultant sent him home to die, ruling that at 78 he was too old to treat.
Even the palliative surgery or chemotherapy that could have eased his distressing symptoms were declared off-limits because of his age.
His distraught daughter Michele Halligan accepted the sad prognosis but was determined her father would spend his last months in comfort. So she paid for him to seen privately by a second doctor to discover what could be done to ease his symptoms.
Thanks to her tenacity, Kenneth got the drugs and surgery he needed — and as a result his cancer was actually cured. Four years on, he is a sprightly 82-year-old who works out at the gym, drives a sports car and competes in a rowing team.
‘You could call his recovery amazing,’ says Michele, 51. ‘It is certainly a gift. But the fact is that he was written off because of his age. He was left to suffer so much, and so unnecessarily.’

Another exceptional monologue from Pat Condell where he explains why Israel ignores resolutions put out by the United Nations Human Rights Council. I must say though that I cracked up when he defined Saudi Arabia as:
The black hole of Islamic barbarism, the world’s leading source of terrorist funding and the absolute moral anus of the universe.
This is excellent:
You would understand this if you remember wearing thongs and not flip flops.
A must-read article on why no charges were filed against George Zimmerman.
By almost any standard, Zimmerman’s legal defense in the Trayvon Martin shooting case has been a sort of ongoing cautionary tale for exactly what not to do if you’re facing potentially serious criminal charges.
Almost immediately, within around thirty-seven minutes after the shooting, Zimmerman was already waiving his right to an attorney. He then proceeded to interview with the police for several hours without any legal representation present.
Then the next day, still without any attorney present or legal advice, Zimmerman took the police back to the scene of the shooting at the Retreat at Twin Lakes, and reenacted what happened on the evening of February 26th with them, step-by-step on video.
Had Zimmerman’s narrative and recounting of the details of that evening been any less than 100% consistent, that’s the moment when everything would have fallen apart for him — sometime right around February 27th. The police had every reason and opportunity to document and doggedly pursue any differences they saw between Zimmerman’s initial interview and his video re-enactment the following day.
Or as fat ass Gore calls it, bad for business.
(Oregonian) — For people who want more action on global warming, an inconvenient truth has arisen over the last decade: Annual average temperatures stayed relatively flat globally — and dropped in the United States and Oregon — despite mankind’s growing release of greenhouse gases.
The hiatus in temperature increases may be contributing to higher public skepticism about warming, particularly in the United States. But it hasn’t changed most climate researchers’ opinions of likely substantial human-caused warming this century from releases of carbon dioxide and other gases.
It occurs at the high-end of a 100-year-long warming trend and follows record, El Niño-fueled highs in 1998, notes Phil Mote of Oregon State University, who headlines a global warming presentation Tuesday before the Oregon chapter of the American Meteorological Society.
The presentation by Mote and two other Oregon researchers comes after a panel of skeptics of manmade global warming presented to the Oregon chapter in January.
“We are at a level where it’s a whole lot warmer than it used to be,” Mote says. “The physical explanations are pretty convincing on why there has been a pause in global warming, and we have no reason to think it will last much longer.”
This man did not learn what irony means.
(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama delivered ominous warnings about the Republicans’ budget proposal Tuesday, accusing them of “doubling down” on trickle-down economics:
“Some people who are running for a certain office right now – who shall not be named – they’re doubling down on these old broken-down theories,” Obama told students at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He was referring to Mitt Romney.
“Instead of moderating their views even slightly, instead of saying, you know what, what we did really didn’t work and we almost had a second Great Depression, and maybe we should try something different, they have doubled down.”
This is freaking hilarious! Hollywood liberals, part of the 1%. Obviously also brain dead liberals (wait, all liberals are).
Actors Olivia Wilde, Penn Badgely and Zoe Kravitz have had enough of the rich feasting on the poor.
So they shot a video extolling the virtues of the Occupy Wall Street movement and detailing plains to train the “99 percent” in civil disobedience tactics for 2012 and beyond.
“Non violent direct action … by hitting the streets … 60 years ago civil rights leaders understood the power of disruption…”
They even name drop the violent protests held in Wisconsin and OWS events across the country, pretending, of course, that no violence ever took place?
“Are you in?” they ask us, echoing the current ad campaign slogan for Barack Obama.
Let’s say for argument’s sake that this trio of attractive one percenters is right. The rich are getting too rich, the system is grossly unfair, and we need to do something about it.
Well, what better place to start addressing the inequalities in our system than on a film set? What other gig allows people getting paid millions to share the same work environment with people like gaffers, best boys and stunt doubles making but a fraction of that amount?
Obama’s Next Job Interview
This is getting ridiculous. Why not, since he loves his freaking name so damn much, just call it the Obama Rule?
(Roll Call) — President Barack Obama offered Wednesday to call the Buffett Rule the Reagan Rule, citing President Ronald Reagan’s push to close tax loopholes for millionaires.
“If it’ll help convince folks in Congress to make the right choice, we can call it the Reagan Rule instead of the Buffett Rule,” Obama said at a White House event flanked by millionaires — and their secretaries — supportive of a 30 percent minimum tax on income of more than $1 million.
“I’m not the first president to call for this idea that everybody’s got to do their fair share,” Obama said. “Some years ago, one of my predecessors traveled across the country pushing for the same concept. He gave a speech where he talked about a letter he had received from a wealthy executive who paid lower tax rates than his secretary and wanted to come to Washington and tell Congress why that was wrong.”
Obama continued, “That wild-eyed, socialist, tax-hiking class warrior was Ronald Reagan. He thought that in America, the wealthiest should pay their fair share, and he said so. I know that position might disqualify him from Republican primaries these days.”
The day has arrived where the U.S. Attorney General is kissing Al “Punk Faggot” Sharpton’s ring.
Attorney General Eric Holder rallied with Al Sharpton, whose activism in the Trayon Martin case is well-known, to promise “a thorough and independent review” of the case.
Holder invoked the most powerful images of the civil rights era before discussing Martin. “‘Only when it is dark enough,’ Dr. King said, ‘can you see the stars,’” Holder told the crowd at Sharpton’s annual National Action Network Convention, per prepared remarks. “Today, once again, it is dark enough.”
“If we find evidence of a potential federal criminal civil rights crime, we will take appropriate action,” Holder added. “And, at every step, the facts and the law will guide us forward,” he added.
Al Sharpton, Holder’s host, has called for an “escalation” in civil disobedience if George Zimmerman — the shooter in the Trayvon Martin case who said he acted in self-defense — is not arrested.
