Obama Freeing Five Of World’s Most Dangerous Anti-U.S. Terrorists

Geesh…more stupidity from our leader and his regime.

WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. intelligence officials acknowledged Tuesday that the United States may release several Afghan Taliban prisoners from the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as an incentive to bring the Taliban to peace talks.

Director of National Intelligence Jim Clapper told Congress Tuesday that no decision had been made on whether to trade the five Taliban prisoners, now held at Guantanamo Bay as part of nascent peace talks with the Taliban. He and CIA Director David Petraeus did not dispute that the Obama administration is considering transferring the five to a third country.

What happens when an idea strikes fire in the heart of a nation? Chris Cassone has seen it happen. He was one of millions of Americans who joined the Tea Party movement and whose song, “Take Our Country Back,” helped turn that movement into a truly revolutionary force. What began in March 2009 as a few simple lyrics became the anthem sung by thousands of voices at the massive 9/12 March on Washington in September 2009.

The song went “viral”, carrying Cassone from his first Tea Party rally on a Connecticut town square to the steps of the nation’s Capitol, heard by a national television audience of millions. Now, Chris shares the story behind that song, and explains the meaning of a movement that changed the American political landscape. Many American have taken their freedom for granted because they were born with them. Take Our Country Back is a piece of history, a story about the Americans who have been sucked into the popular liberal lie.

“People like Mr. [Allen] West, and Governor Brewer and so on, particularly Mr. West, is not only not representative of the African-American community or of the Republican Party, let alone of the American public. So what he says really is of little or no consequence, but it’s unfortunate,” Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) said about Rep. Allen West telling liberal leaders to “get the hell” out of the country.

“He just seems clueless not that he has climbed abroad ship. He’s climbed this latter of opportunity that was constructed by so many of his ancestors’ sweat, sacrifice, blood, you know they did everything they could for his generation to be successful. But now that he’s climbed abroad ship, instead of reaching down and steadying the latter, he wants to push it off. ‘I’m up here. If you’re not with me, too bad.’ And President Obama, fortunately, is the kind of guy that says ‘I was very fortunate to get where I am and I’m going to spend my life trying to steady that latter of opportunity by reducing college tuition and training our workers, trying to get a decent job for everybody. Making sure that while I’m African-American, it really doesn’t matter. What matters is my commitment to public service, my love for this country and I’m going to leave a constructive legacy,’” he said.

Moran says that Obama “doesn’t engage in this nonsense” and calls him our “Lion King” while comparing his Republican detractors to “hyenas.”

Nothing gets between Democrats and their love for abortion, nothing.

(Floor Action) — Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) on Wednesday morning said she would no longer support the Susan G. Komen Foundation because of that organization’s decision to no longer provide funding to Planned Parenthood.

“I have been a big booster of the Susan G. Komen organization,” Speier said on the House floor. “But not anymore.”

On Monday, Speier tweeted “Komen’s decision hurts women – it puts politics before women’s health. @komenforthecure should be ashamed.”

“I guess it means that Susan G. Komen has become a 501(d)(4), because no longer do they want to be providing nonprofits, they want to become a political advocacy group,” she said on the floor. “Last time I checked, we were all presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

It is now official. MSNBC is actually the DNC!

ED SCHULTZ: What we’re seeing is bullies. Political bullies, who want it their way or the highway, standing up to the president. And who’s feeling the hurt? The middle class and the working poor. The haves and the have mores? They’re getting off scot-free. In fact, they’re making a case that they’re actually paying too much! If we’re going to get this country back to work again, it’s going to take shared sacrifice. Those who have had all of the breaks over the last ten years are going to have to give a little bit more. And those who have not had the breaks are going to have to be given the opportunity to do more.

Just because 99.99% of the world’s terrorism traces back to one religion isn’t going to stop the Obama administration from pandering to the liberal PC gods.

(Judicial Watch) — A new Homeland Security report compares terrorism to “ordinary crime” in metropolitan U.S. cities and omits the radical Islamic factor, instead finding “significant variability in the ideologies motivating terrorist attacks across decades.”

This appears to be part of the Obama Administration’s Muslim outreach effort, which includes hiring a special Homeland Security adviser (Mohamed Elibiary) who supports a radical Islamist theologian and renowned jihadist ideologue. The Obama Justice Department also created a special Muslim Engagement Advisory Group to foster greater communication, collaboration and a new level of respect between law enforcement and Muslim and Arab-American communities.

And, in 2010, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano held secret meetings with radical Arab, Muslim, Sikh and South Asian “community leaders.” Judicial Watch uncovered documents from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that includes a list of the individuals who participated, including radical leaders such as Hezbollah supporter Imad Hamad and extremist Salam Al-Marayati, founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council.

Considering this cozy relationship, the new DHS terrorism report should come as no surprise. It compares terrorist attacks to “ordinary crime” in large, metropolitan areas which is why the nation’s terrorism “hot spots” are Manhattan, Los Angeles County, Miami-Dade County Florida, San Francisco County and Washington, D.C. As if to downplay the distinct difference between crashing a plane into a high-rise and a mugging, the DHS says “terrorism and ordinary crime occur in many of the same areas.”

It stresses that the “Ideological motivation” for terrorist attacks varies greatly. For instance, the brilliant DHS minds found that certain counties are prone to a particular type of terrorist attack, including extreme right-wing, ethno-nationalist/separatist and “religiously motivated,” though no specific religion is mentioned. The report does point out however, that “religiously motivated attacks occurred predominately in the 1980s.” [...]

The only mention of Islam is buried deep in the 36-page document as an example of “those who seek to politicize religion” along with “Christian Reconstructionists” and those who seek to bring about Armageddon, such as Jewish Direct Action and Mormon extremists. The study was conducted by the DHS’s National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), a team of social scientists that research the causes and human consequences of terrorism in the U.S.
