Bottom line people, is that obama is forcing those opposed to abortion to pay for abortions! This is totally wrong and that part of obamacare should be overruled, and those in the HHS department who believe and forced this on us should be removed from office quick.

Senate votes to shield US airlines from EU’s carbon scheme

(Reuters) – The Senate unanimously passed a bill on Saturday that would shield U.S. airlines from paying for their carbon emissions on European flights, pressuring the European Union to back down from applying its emissions law to foreign carriers.

The European Commission has been enforcing its law since January to make all airlines take part in its Emissions Trading Scheme to combat global warming, prompting threats of a trade fight.

The Senate approved the bill shortly after midnight, as it scrambled to complete business to recess ahead of the November 6 congressional and presidential elections.

Republican Senator John Thune, a sponsor of the measure, said it sent a “strong message” to the EU that it cannot impose taxes on the United States.

We learned yesterday that last year Mitt Romney paid $1.9 million in taxes on an income of $14 million — and gave $4 million to charity.

The year before, he made $21.6 million, paid $3 million in taxes and gave $3 million to charity.

So, to recap: Mitt Romney has, in the past two years, paid almost $5 million in taxes while giving away $7 million.

And, as he said, he has paid the taxes he was supposed to pay according to the laws of the United States, which is all that is required — legally, morally and practically — of anyone.

…the release of these tax records leaves no doubt about one thing: Mitt Romney is an extraordinarily, remarkably, astonishingly generous man. A good man. Maybe even a great man.

NY POST – World leaders will be holding tete-a-tetes this week as the annual United Nations General Assembly convenes — but not President Obama, who will instead be chatting it up with the ladies of “The View.”

Unlike his predecessors, Obama won’t be on hand for private meetings with diplomats and heads of state from 193 nations.

Instead, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will take his place at the table, while the leader of the free world accompanies First Lady Michelle Obama to the friendly couch on the ABC talk show, which will tape tomorrow and air Tuesday.

The high-profile television appearance six weeks before the election is more likely to reach voters than closed-door foreign policy discussions with diplomats. Obama’s last appearance on “The View,” in 2010, drew 6.5 million viewers.

Obama will make a quick stop Tuesday at the UN General Assembly to deliver a speech, where he’s expected to strongly denounce anti-American attacks in the Middle East, including the murder of US ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.Yesterday the Rasmussen daily tracking poll had President Obama and Mitt Romney in a dead heat, with 46 percent each.

Painkillers Behind that Killer Headache

As many as a million people in the UK suffer from severe headaches caused by overusing painkillers. These “medication overuse headaches” often trap sufferers in a vicious cycle, as instinctively reaching for more painkillers to treat these headaches only compounds the problem. If I wanted to start a riot, and I wanted to be assured that America is blamed first - why not tweet in the early morning hours of 9/11/12 from the Cairo Embassy something… ohhhh, something like – “We condemn the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.”

Now THAT should do the trick! Yes, every ear of every Mohammad boot licking idiot in Cairo would perk up and begin searching madly for the offender!

When the home-grown terrorists (that’s you and me folks) refuse to buy the narrative and manage to prove beyond a doubt that the riots (plural by this time) were planned – if I wanted to assure that unrest would continue, then it would seem a shrewd move to record a video of apology, buy $70,000.00 of airtime to make sure it is seen far and wide resulting in MORE riots, more unrest, more embassies closing around the world! More frickin brilliance! Ya! That’s just how I would do it!

The Insane Stream Media Hates Gracious Christianity and Loves Violent Islam

If you were to accept what the White House, some atheists and prattling gay activists say about Christians as true, you’d think the Church is chomping at the bit to chop off some heads of unbelievers, glory to Gawd!

Yep, if you were to believe the barf belched out by the BS brokers on the ludicrous Left, you’d stagger away stupid with the belief that there is little disparity between conservative Christians and militant Muslims.

As a matter of fact, you probably would be bamboozled into believing that Islam is a peaceful, Little House on the Prairie religion being temporarily hijacked by Jihadist renegades, and Christianity … Christianity is the real vicious, charity-vacant cult that’s vying for the opportunity to seize the whip and whip us good.

Yes, the Insane Stream Media’s reality stylists are working their butts off trying to convince us TV-addled cattle of two primary things: 1) Violent jihad is not based on the Koran, and 2) All conservative Christians are theocrats ready to burn Elton John at the stake, stone Snooki in a nearby gravel pit and governmentally ramrod Christianity down everyone’s pie hole.

I haven’t seen this kind of ham-fisted, farcical façade foisted upon the public since Michael Jackson tried to make out with Lisa Marie in an attempt to convince us all he’d found true love in an adult of the opposite sex.

Look, there’s no denying violent things have been done by the Church and in the name of God, but that has been the exception and not the rule. In addition, when the Church has spent time with its head up its butt doing bogus things, the Church’s leaders have historically owned it when wrong, have not repeated the gaffe, have grabbed the wheel and have effectively steered saints out of any erroneous, detrimental ditch.

Not so with Islam.
