Now this is how the liberals and democrats and our president think. That if conservatives and republicans do or say anything about whites, like create a website just for whites, that it would be racist and people like Chris Matthews would be in a lather screaming how racist Romney or Gingrich are for having such a website. Yet they keep very silent when their appointed one opens up a website ” African Americans for Obama”. Really, that is playing the race card the heavy handed way! Yet it is not racism because the liberals say so.
Hilariously, the PR-savvy website removes the hypen from “African-Americans” in the group’s name because many people believe that hyphenated Americans are half Americans. But the hyphen appears everywhere else on the page…along with what we would call a rhetorical “song and dance” if the mainstream media hadn’t recently reminded us that this would be tantamount to accusing the president of putting on a minstrel show (although on a side note, we’ll mention that Barack Obama’s racial posturing would make Al Jolsen blush).
Obviously, the president can’t just ask for Black Americans to simply vote their skin color, because (in the words of Richard Nixon) that would be wrong. That’s for sure!
So he needs to solicit their votes based on all of the wonderful things he’s done for the Black community during his administration. Except…there aren’t any. Everything that has gotten worse for America under Obama has gotten way worse for Black Americans.
Which is why, in an exquisite bit of weasel-wording, the president’s website claims he “has helped strengthen the African-American community by addressing issues like education, health care, unemployment, and taxes.” The magic word being “addressing,” which Webster’s defines as “demagoguing at a teleprompter without actually doing a damned thing.”
Seriously, this is the guy who is preventing Black families from getting school vouchers, raising the cost of health care for everyone, killing the job market, and creating tax policies which promise to keep unemployment high. But still…he’s addressing Black problems. Just not solving them.

A high school student was forced to get a note from his rabbi to prove he’s a Jew in order to wear a yarmulke.
What do you want to bet that girls in that school can wear muslim veils and burkas and no one asks them to provide a note from their imam?
A Maryland high school student and his parents are seeking an apology after the teen’s principal said he needed a note from his rabbi in order to wear his yarmulke in school, the Washington Post reported.
Caleb Tanenbaum said he was told last month to remove his head covering in the school’s cafeteria, but declined to do so on religious grounds.
Yarmulkes are traditionally worn by Jewish men when they pray, though some opt to wear them all day. Most are small, though Caleb’s was “a large, black hat that had been knitted by his mother and which covered his dreadlocks,” the newspaper described.
Caleb, a junior, said he told school officials to call his parents to confirm he was wearing the covering for religious purposes, which they did. Still, the principal asked for a letter from the family’s rabbi to confirm it.
Northwood High School Principal Henry Johnson Jr. told the Post the school doesn’t usually question students’ religious wear, but with “all these different religions and cultures, we have to validate sometimes.”
“This wasn’t what we traditionally see as a yarmulke or a kippah,” Johnson said. “It looked like the head covering we see some Rastafarians wear.”
The family procured the note from their rabbi, but Caleb’s father is still upset. Steven Tanenbaum said he thought the principal overstepped, and that once he and his wife confirmed what their son said, “that should have been enough.”
“Instead of saying that’s fine, the principal wanted a letter from a rabbi,” Tanenbaum told the Wheaton Patch. “Our word was not good enough? We’re his parents!”

Paul Marshall, a religious liberty expert, says that attempts to “export” Islamic anti-blasphemy laws to the West could pose a threat to freedom of speech in the U.S.
Marshall, senior fellow at the Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom, said that many governments deliberately manipulate alleged instances of blasphemy by provoking popular outrage, enabling them to advance “particular policy goals.”
Marshall made his remarks Feb. 3 at Hillsdale College’s Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship in Washington, D.C.
He argued that blasphemy codes in the Muslim world are used to stifle religious minorities, as well as Muslim reformers who support religious liberty, freedom of speech and democracy.
In the U.S., Marshall observed, courts generally uphold the First Amendment’s free speech protections. But he said that America is still threatened by blasphemy laws, and cited efforts by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation to promote international laws that ban insults to Islam, through the United Nations.
Marshall also cautioned against a growing tendency towards “extra-legal intimidation,” which involves private individuals pre-emptively censoring themselves — often under the guise of religious sensitivity — because they realize that it is “too dangerous” to insult Islam.
