Can’t we all just get along?

Woke up very early this morning….totally no energy to move any part of my body. As usual, did not eat much for breakfast. As today was coffee day, did have wife bring me some coffee (black only) in my starbucks container. And she brought me a blueberry donut. So slowly drank the coffee and nibbled on the donut. Finished the coffee, half the donut.

And it scares me that again, I have no need to have a bowel movement….doctor wants me to take some capsules for constipation to get that going. Right now that is not happening as around 11am another nurse (male this time) coming to give me a shower. He will be coming twice a week to do this. Am hoping he can really take care of me and I can be thus able to either walk with lots of help or in the transporter to get to the shower.

I was again feeling down and beating up on myself, and so forth (this I try to not get into much, but it is still there…the why me Lord thing going on) when I noticed one of our nieces pick up her dad here. Asked wife how Sam doing since I saw this and she said that she is bringing her dad to the VA. Going to check out one final time before they start chemo and radiation treatments together on his lungs. OUCH! And right there, I quit feeling sorry for myself and said a prayer that Sam makes it (though odds are very against him and he knows this).

Yesterday began the process of showing my wife everything about our lives together….our debts, our income, what we spend, and so forth. And why I have her using her DISCOVER card and not her debit card. And about what her income will be when I am gone. Still much more to go on and she is slowly going to take over everything….and be ready when the time comes.

“Imagine if there were 99.7% chance you would not SHIT your pants, but you are FORCED to wear diapers just in case.

Wokeism has become our most popular secular religion—at least for a moment dethroning climate change. It reduces all of the past and present into puerile binaries between “whites” and “non-whites.”

Its aim is for the present generation to rewrite our history—whether by The 1619 Project and cancel culture or iconoclastic statue-toppling and Trotskyization of names and places. Wokeism becomes a child’s morality tale of noble non-white victims versus villainous white victimizers. Erasing the past and its language supposedly fuels a recalibration of the future, all in the here and now, a holy Year Zero

In the process, wokeism has done a lot of damage to America, and will do even more if left unchecked. Here are its chief characteristics.

Children’s books are canceled

Back when #GamerGate started, I warned everyone that it wasn’t going to stop with video games. SJW cancel culture is going to invade every single aspect of your life. Don’t think it won’t:

Prolific children’s writer Enid Blyton’s work has been linked to ‘racism and xenophobia’ by English Heritage after a review of its blue plaques following last summer’s Black Lives Matter protests.

The celebrated English children’s author has enchanted millions of young readers for a century with tales of adventure, ginger beer and buns, selling 600milllion books in 90 languages.

But Ms Blyton, whose novels have been among the world’s best-sellers since the 1920s, has been linked to racism in updated blue plaque information produced by charity English Heritage on its website and app.

It says: ‘Blyton’s work has been criticised during her lifetime and after for its racism, xenophobia and lack of literary merit. In 2016, Blyton was rejected by the Royal Mint for commemoration on a 50p coin because, the advisory committee minutes record, she was ‘a racist, sexist, homophobe and not a very well-regarded writer’.

This is what YOUR submission to “equality” and “diversity” and “tolerance” has wrought. Every single time you said “I’m not racist, but….” or “I believe in equality of opportunity, not equality of result” or  “I have lots of [fill-in-the-blank] friends” or “they just want the same chance for love and respect that everyone else does”, you helped make this possible.

Words matter. Ideas matter. Yes, insane “leftists” and “liberals” drove the process, but conservatives and Christians and nice people were required to accept the lies in order to make it work.

You cannot be what the world considers to be a “good person”, let alone a “nice person”, and stand against the swamp of lies with which evil engulfs the world. Every single little compromise you make, every single little dishonesty to which you submit, contributes to the sum total of evil in the world.

Remember, convergence requires the universal submission of every individual and organization.

Can’t we all just get along?

SEATTLE — A confrontation about a man who refused to wear a mask inside a Seattle hardware store spiraled into violence on Sunday, and the fight that ensued was captured on cell phone footage.

The video begins with Bobby Dixon trying to re-enter Tweedy and Popp Hardware at Lake City, only to be met at the door by an employee armed with a baseball bat. The recording then shows the two men trading vicious blows after the bat gets knocked away.

“It was actually quite terrifying,” Dixon said. “I’ve never had anybody come at me with a weapon like that and it was flight or fight and I was trying to get out of there and he kept coming at me super aggressively.”

Dixon said he and a friend went into the store on Sunday to buy screws. Dixon said he wore a mask while inside the store but his friend didn’t, despite signs posted on the front doors telling customers that face covering were required.

Dixon said right away employees told his friend to mask up or get out. His friend told them he was fully vaccinated. The employees said wearing masks was a store policy, and the situation quickly turned ugly.

If the Branch Covidians want a fight, they ought to get themselves one—all they can stomach, times twelve. Anybody left out there who still believes it’s possible, or even desirable, to live peaceably in close proximity with people such as Chief Noc-A-Homa above, do note that the evidence against is mounting day by day. And there was already quite a bit of it.
